- Facilitate the 4-hour Tough Leaders session for supervisors and crew leads
- Support employers running the Field Training Program to deliver sessions in-house
- Travel to worksites across the Peace region and wider Alberta, occasionally with early starts to fit crew schedules
- Complete post-session reporting and participant evaluations
What you bring
- Direct experience in trades, oil and gas, construction or agriculture is a significant asset — credibility with the audience matters here
- Confident presentation skills in informal and industrial settings
- An understanding of workplace mental health, stigma and suicide prevention
- ASIST certification, or willingness to obtain
- Current safety tickets (CSTS, H2S Alive, First Aid) or willingness to obtain
- A valid Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable transportation
